Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at reasonable, affordable prices. For NZ standard delivery orders, we use New Zealand Couriers and Courier Post for tracked delivery.

- North Island from $40
We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
We currently do not ship to international addresses outside New Zealand
The goods listed below can only be collected and cannot be shipped direct to you.
- Flammable Goods
- Fire Extinguishers
- Compressed Gases and other Dangerous Goods
Please contact us to confirm if we will ship what you are after if you think it may fall into these categories.
Dispatch & Shipping Times:
North Island - expected delivery overnight or else 1-3 business days dependent on items purchased
South Island - expected delivery overnight or else 1-3 business days dependent on items purchased
Rural - expected delivery additional 1-2 business days
Large Item Shipping such as Lawnmowers may take approximately 2-10 days
Though the majority of product is on our shelves, in some cases items may be ordered in overnight from the suppliers when needed.
Orders made over the weekend will be processed on the Monday. (excludes public holiday, in those cases it will be Tuesday)
For all orders you will receive a Track & Trace reference via email upon dispatch.
Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as delivery services do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
