Red Machined Aluminium MOSFET Regulator:
The red machined aluminium MOSFET voltage regulator is designed to improve heat dissipation in powersports charging systems. After 10 minutes of use, the billet aluminium heat sink runs up to 33% cooler than standard cast regulator housings. Equipped with MOSFET regulation technology, it is designed for three-phase permanent magnet charging systems.
Stop burning the regulator rectifier! Upgrade to advanced MOSFET technology. It runs cooler than OEM diode-style regulators and features overheat protection. Instead of burning out, the rectifier temporarily switches off to cool down.

Opposite connector (main harness side) included. These connectors are commonly affected by melting, corrosion and defects, which can cause recurring electrical problems.
Before Installing the Stator:
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Apply high-temperature dielectric grease to all connectors.
The stator may use a different wire colour code from the original. All wires are installed in the correct order. Do not change the wiring configuration. This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement.
Always use thread-locking compound when installing the stator. If the stator includes a pickup coil, ensure the air gap is correctly adjusted. Set it as close as possible, but no less than 0.010 inches.
Before Installing the Voltage Regulator:
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Apply high-temperature dielectric grease to all connectors.
Warning: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect the battery before servicing. Installation should be carried out by a qualified technician to avoid malfunction.
